Eligibility for Full Refund of Service Fees. Services purchased are subject to our Refund Policy, which states that Zire will provide a full refund of paid Service Fees only in the case of:
- A service/product malfunction which you have reported to support@zire.com while the applicable Service is still active, so that the malfunction can be verified.
- A verifiable billing error.
- In the event a user cancels an Advertisement via the Dashboard before the Advertisement goes-live online (is served).
- In the event an Advertisement is not approved by Zire during the Zire review process, and the user fails to revise the Advertisement as instructed by Zire via email within thirty (30) days from the date of Zire's written revision request.
Eligibility for Partial Refund of Service Fees. If a user purchased an Advertisement and cancels the Advertisement prior to the expiration of the selected campaign term, the user will receive a partial refund of the applicable Service Fees paid remaining after the deduction of an “Early Cancellation Fee”, which shall be calculated as follows: ten percent (10%) of the Advertisement campaign budget selected by the user during the ordering process, or fifty dollars ($50.00 USD), or the remaining amount of the applicable unspent Advertisement campaign budget – WHICHEVER IS LESS. Zire does not offer a full refund in the event of early cancellation of an Advertisement once the Ad has been served because Zire incurs costs associated with review, approval, and distribution of the requested Ad.
No refunds are issued for amounts equivalent to ninety-nine Cents ($0.99) or less due to payment processing fees.
Any processed refunded amounts will be posted to the payment method originally provided by the user to Zire.
